Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026.
This Privacy Policy applies to umbrella-swap.com (the “Service”). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Umbrella Swap. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@umbrella-swap.com.
1. Information processed
- Wallet and transaction information: public wallet addresses, selected networks and assets, amounts, transaction settings, hashes and publicly available blockchain records.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request details and connection data.
- Communications: your email address and the information you include when contacting us.
You do not need to create an account to browse the Service. Wallet and transaction information is necessary to request quotes and submit swaps. We do not request your seed phrase or private keys.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to provide the services you request, respond to enquiries, maintain security and reliability, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, processing relies on performance of the requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, applicable legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Disclosure and international processing
Information may be shared with providers of hosting, security, transaction routing, wallet connectivity, blockchain access and customer communications to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Independent wallets, exchanges and blockchain services process information under their own privacy policies. Providers and blockchain participants may operate outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Contact us for information about relevant recipients and any applicable transfer safeguards.
4. Retention and local storage
Retention is determined by the purpose of processing, the time needed to resolve an enquiry, security requirements and applicable legal obligations. Connection information and transaction history stored on your device may remain until you end the connection or clear the relevant browser data. The Service uses local storage necessary for wallet connections and transaction continuity.
Public blockchain records are persistent and accessible to others. We cannot alter or delete them. Disconnecting a wallet or clearing browser data does not remove blockchain records or revoke token approvals.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of your information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to support@umbrella-swap.com. We may need to verify your identity and assess applicable exceptions before responding. These requests do not enable us to change public blockchain records. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
6. Changes to this policy
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided before the relevant change takes effect.
